Cabins and Apartments
Escape to the rustic charm of Kilauea Military Camp, where comfortable cabins and apartments provide the perfect retreat in the heart of Hawai`i Volcanoes National Park. Whether you're traveling solo, as a couple, or with family, you'll enjoy spacious accommodations, convenient amenities, and a peaceful mountain setting surrounded by natural beauty.
After a day of exploring volcanic landscapes and island adventures, relax and unwind in a unique destination that combines comfort, value, and military hospitality. Availability is limited for select accommodations, so we encourage guests to book early.
Every unit is unique and bed configuration varies. This one bedroom unit will sleep up to four (4) people. Two (2) in the bedroom and two (2) on the sofa bed. Some units come with a jetted bath tub. Perfect for those weary muscles after a day of hiking.
We are unable to show all the two-bedroom cabins, as no two cabins are the same.
EXAMPLE: Cabin #19Every unit is unique and bed configuration varies. This two-bedroom unit will sleep up to six (6) people. Two (2) in each bedroom and two (2) on the sofa bed. There are 3 types of two-bedroom cabins: 2 bedrooms only, two-bedrooms with kitchen, and two-bedrooms with kitchen and jetted bathtub.
We are unable to show all the two-bedroom cabins, as no two cabins are the same.

EXAMPLE: APARTMENT #AJOur three-bedroom apartments will sleep up to 8 people. Two in each bedroom and 2 on the sofa bed.

- Eligibility for Check-In:
- All guests are required to present a valid military ID or Department of Defense (DoD) ID upon check-in. For detailed information on patron eligibility, please refer to the full Patron Eligibility guidelines.
- Advance Reservations:
- Reservations may be made up to one year in advance.
- Pricing Policy
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Prohibited Items:
- Pets, firearms, and fireworks are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
Deposit and Cancellation Policies
- Deposit Requirement:
- A deposit equivalent to one night’s lodging is required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
- Deposit Refunds and Cancellations:
- The deposit is fully refundable if a cancellation notice is received at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- Changes to Reservation Dates:
- Any changes to arrival or departure dates must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date to avoid forfeiture of the deposit and/or incurring an early check-out fee (equal to one night’s lodging).
Check-In & Check-Out Times:
- Check-In: 3:00 pm
- Check-Out: 11:00 am
Late Check-Outs:
Approved late check-outs are subject to a late check-out fee.
