DEPOSIT INFORMATION:

A one night deposit by Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard or American Express is required within 15 days of your booking date. It is refundable if a cancelation notice is received at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.

All arrival and departure date changes must be made prior to this 30-day period to avoid a deposit forfeit and/or Early Check Out (equivalent to one night’s lodging).

Late check-outs when approved are subject to a LATE CHECK-OUT FEE.

How far in advance are reservations accepted?
Reservations are accepted up to 365 days before your arrival date.

I like staying in a certain bed size. Can you accommodate special requests?                        We attempt to honor special requests. However, reservations are confirmed by cottage category only. Requests such bed type or a specific unit number cannot be guaranteed.

Does Kilauea Military Camp have a pet policy? 
Kilauea Military Camp complies with state and local health regulations as well as federal ADA regulations.  No Pets Allowed except for Service Animals.  “Service Animals” means any animal trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability.  Pets providing emotional support, well-being, comfort or companionship are not recognized as service animals under ADA regulations or Hawaii State Law.
